Between 80-90% of children in orphanages have a living parent, most of whom would care for their children if they had the resources they need. ​

CRS' "Changing the Way We Care" project is establishing a framework for a regional and global advocacy and behavior change campaign, which is critical to long-term change in the way the world cares for orphans.
